A results site and live run dashboard for a coding-agent benchmark. Eight agent configurations, 38 tasks, three trials each, every rollout graded by a program and never by a model.
The scores tied. The page had to show where eight nearly identical scores actually differ: consistency, cost, and the part of the platform each agent got stuck on.

A free, no-login tool that inserts writing space between the questions of a PDF and keeps the exported document trustworthy. A year of iteration in public, used by more than 1,200 students a month.
Three rounds of removing options, one export path, one page that is both the landing page and the workspace. The design grew by subtraction.
